Abstract:Ultrafine particles of A12O3, MoO3, TiO2 and SiO2 were prepared by irradiate high power laser beams on material surface in O2 atmosphere as well as TiN in N2 atmosphere. X-ray diffractometer analysis identified that all oxides and nitrides powder obtained are crystalline except SiO2 particles which have amorphous structure.
