高填方土石混填路堤冲击碾压试验研究

摘 要: 为提高高速公路高填路基土石混合体的压实度,利用冲击碾压试验来研究高填方土石混填路堤。试验结果表明:利用冲击式压路机冲击碾压法进行路基的补强加固效果显著,即压实度都得到了明显的提高,提高量超过6.5%,最高可达10%。根据冲击碾压后的压实效果(冲击碾压后路基平均下沉量,冲击碾压补强加固有效影响深度,冲击碾压补强加固前后填料密度及孔隙率的变化)确定冲击碾压补强加固的碾压遍数以及配套机械及冲击碾压施工工艺,为全路段填方路基提供切实可靠的冲击碾压补强加固的施工参数。

Experimental study of impact rolling technology of high subgrade filled with soil and rock

Abstract:In order to improve the compaction degree of rock-soil filled high subgrade, the test of impact compaction was employed. The test results demonstrate that the effect of using impact roller to strengthen and improve the compaction degree of high subgrade is obvious. It can improve the compaction degree at 6.5% in average and up to 10%. According to the compaction results(i.e., average settlement of subgrade after impact compaction, effective depth of impact compaction to strengthen the compaction degree of subgrade, the variation of density and porosity of filling soil after impact compaction), the impact compaction time to improve the compaction degree of high subgrade, the supporting machinery and construction technology were determined. The test results can offer the reliable construction parameters with respect to impact compaction to the filling highway sections.
