大口径长距离顶管工程泥浆配方试验研究

摘 要: 在大口径长距离顶管施工过程中,顶进推力过大是困扰顶管施工多年的技术难题,单靠提高顶管管材的抗压强度,加固顶管工作坑及后背等方法不仅不经济,还受到技术方面等因素的制约。展开以膨润土和聚合物为主要原料的泥浆润滑减阻护壁性能的研究,采用正交试验,从而得到一种能满足大口径长距离顶管施工的泥浆最优配方。

Experimental study on the slurry formulation used for the large diameter long distance pipe-jacking project

Abstract:In the construction process of large diameter long-distance pipe-jacking, the large propulsive force has become a technical problem for several years. It is not economical and restricted with the factors of technology to improve the compressive strength of pipe material and reinforce the working hole and back shoring of pipe-jacking. Therefore, a study on the slurry''''s lubricating and resistance-reducing and wall-protecting properties was carried out using the bentonite and polymer as its main material. Finally, employed orthogonal experiment, an optimum formula for large diameter long-distance pipe-jacking construction''''s slurry optimal formulation is obtained.
