城市轨道网络列车运行计划实施效果综合评价

摘 要: 从线路列车运营和线间列车协调2个方面对城市轨道网络列车运行计划实施效果进行评价。首先从线路技术性、服务质量、抗干扰性及站台候车客流4角度构建线路列车运营质量评价指标体系,从线间能力协调、高峰期站台候车客流及首末班车协调3角度构建线间列车协调质量评价指标体系;其次,在分别基于梯形模糊数计算指标主观权重与基于熵值计算指标客观权重的基础上,通过线性加权组合法确定各项指标的组合权重;最后计算各条线路列车运营质量综合评分、任意2个衔接线路间列车协调质量综合评分以及各项指标的平均评分等作为衡量列车运行计划实施效果的依据。研究结果表明:通过对网络列车运行计划评价能够较好地衡量其实施效果以及发现其不足之处。

Comprehensive evaluation for the operation performance of train plan on urban rail network

Abstract:The operation performance of train plan on urban rail network was comprehensively evaluated from train operation quality of each line and train running coordination among lines. Firstly, the evaluation indexes of train operation quality of each line were develsped from technicality coordination, service quality, anti-jamming and passenger saturated of platform, meanwhile the evaluation indexes of train running coordination among lines were developed from train capacity coordination, passenger saturated of platform and the first and last train coordination. Secondly, the objective weighting was calculated using the trapezoidal fuzzy function while the subjective weighting was computed using entropy method. Then the combination weighting of each index was acquired by the linear combination of the objective and subjective weighting. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation marks of train operation quality of each line and train running coordination quality of each two connection lines, and the average mark of each evaluation index were calculated for evaluating the operation performance of train plan on urban rail network. The research results show that it is better to measure the train plan’s operation performance and find its deficiencies with comprehensive evaluation.
