无容量限制的混合轴辐式零担运营网络优化

摘 要: 为了有效安排网络运营,针对具有1级枢纽与2级节点等实体网络布局的公路零担运输企业,建立混合轴辐式运营网络优化的混合整数线性规划模型。该模型以总运输成本和中转变动成本之和最小为优化目标。研究结果表明:目标成本和总派车次数分别比轴辐式运营网络节约8.0%和15.3%。当数据规模不变时,运算时间随枢纽数增加呈指数级增长。模型对于网络内的枢纽数量与位置、OD结构的变化均具有适应性,可以为运输企业提供日常运营决策支持。

Routing optimization of uncapacitated mixed hub-and-spoke network for less-than-truckload transportation

Abstract:In order to effectively arrange network operation for a transportation company engaged in nationwide less-than-truckload transportation services on a physical hub-and-spoke network, a mixed integer linear programming model(MILP) was established to optimize the mixed hub-and-spoke operational network. The model was to minimize the total transportation costs and the variable freight transfer costs. The result shows that, the targeted cost and the total vehicle trips of the mixed hub-and-spoke network are respectively 8.0% and 15.3% less than that of the pure hub-and-spoke. The calculation time exponentially increases when the number of hubs is increasing with constant data scale. This model shows good adaption for the changing hub number and location, and the OD structure of the network, which can be used to support the operational network decision making for logistics companies.
