基于LabVIEW的齿根动态应力无线测试研究

摘 要: 基于虚拟仪器集成平台,通过无线应变采集卡和路由器传输齿根应变数据,设计齿根动态应力无线测试系统。基于DAQ功能模块,编写被试齿轮的转速转矩子程序和齿根动应变子程序。经过时域平均法消除随机电噪声获取的齿根应变曲线比较准确地反映了单/双啮区交变、啮合冲击及相邻啮合齿对的影响。测得的最大齿根拉应力与GB/T3480-1997标准及其他研究者的结论比较一致,验证了齿根动态应力无线测试的正确性。

Wireless dynamic test research for root stress based on LabVIEW

Abstract:Based on the virtual integration platform like LabVIEW, the dynamic root stress test system was designed, of which root strain was sent and received by wireless data acquisition card and router. The rotational speed and torque subprogram and root strain subprogram were written by DAQ modules. The root strain curves were acquired by time domain average method for eliminating random electrical noise, which reflect the alternating phenomenon of single and double tooth engagement, meshing impact and the influences from adjacent meshing teeth. The measured maximum root strain is coordinated with the results of other researchers and the standard of GB/T3480-1997, which proves the correctness of wireless measurement method of root stress.
