铁路站场雨棚张弦梁钢结构单侧张拉施工监控的相关技术研究

摘 要: 依据铁路站场改建工程临近既有线施工的特点,应用雨棚张弦梁钢结构单侧分级跳拉的施工方案,通过有限元软件midas/civil建立仿真模型和高精度全站仪配合反射膜片现场监测等技术手段,比对分析单侧张弦梁结构施工过程中控制节点形位理论与实测的差异,实时调整和优化张弦梁结构的施工工艺,确保张弦梁结构各节点的几何形位和施工质量,取得良好的技术效益,总结分析张弦梁单侧张拉变形监控技术特点,对类似张弦梁钢结构施工有借鉴意义。

Research of construction monitoring relevant technology on unilateral tension of steel beam string structure in railway station canopy

Abstract:According to the characteristics of railway station reconstruction project near the existing lines in construction, the unilateral grading jump construction schedule was put forward with canopy beam string structures. Through the finite element software midas/civil to establish the simulation model and field monitoring of high precision of total station with reflecting film, the difference of control nodes form between the theoretical results and measurement of unilateral tension of steel beam string structure was analyzed in the construction process. Meanwhile, the construction scheme of beam string structures should be adjusted and optimized in time so as to ensure the geometry form of beam string structure and construction quality at each node. In this way, good technical benefits can be achieved, thus it has reference significance to similar beam string structure construction.
