沥青路面裂缝修补材料性能评价指标及方法

摘 要: 基于国内无统一的沥青混凝土路面裂缝修补材料评价指标和方法的现状,运用运筹学的相关方法,结合沥青混凝土路面裂缝实际修补情况,确定材料自身性能、施工性能、路用性能及经济性能等4个准则层指标;利用1~9标度法依次构造各准则层判断矩阵并计算各指标权重值,提出沥青混凝土路面裂缝修补材料的综合评价指标体系。以南方某沥青混凝土快速干道为例,根据室内试验结果,对工程中所用的自制裂缝修补材料及常规的乳化沥青修补材料进行对比评价,并通过工程实践验证。研究结果表明:该评价体系优选出的材料(自发研制的裂缝修补材料)性能更优,更能有效地修补路面裂缝;说明该评价方法及指标能够有效而直观的对裂缝修补材料进行评价。

Indexes and methods for evaluating the performance of crack repair material used in asphalt pavement

Abstract:Due to the absence of uniform indexes and methods to evaluate the performance of crack repair materials used in asphalt pavement, the methods of operational research were applied, and the four performance indexes of the criterion layer (self-performance, construction performance, pavement performance, economic performance) were gained by combining actual crack repair situation in asphalt pavement. Then the judgment matrix for every criterion layer with the method of 1~9 scaling was utilized to calculate the weighted value of each index, and consequently the comprehensive evaluate indexes system was put forward. Taking a certain expressway in south area as the example, the two crack repair materials used in the project were compared through the laboratory experiment, and the relative results were verified by the practice. The results show that the selected material(prepared by the project group ) through the evaluation system, has better performance since it can repair the pavement crack effectively, which presents that this evaluation method and indexes system can evaluate the performance of the crack repair materials effectively and directly.
