超高速实验车驱动方案设计及优化

摘 要: 研究速度在400 ~ 1 000 km/h 的超高速实验车重接式电磁驱动方案,讨论重接式电磁驱动的电路结构和运动方程。在Maxwell3D 瞬态场中搭建了驱动系统仿真模型,分析不同初始速度下,三级驱动系统受力特性和加速规律。针对系统运动特性和效率问题,提出驱动电路优化方案,使得发射体运动特性改善、效率提高。仿真结果表明: 通过合理分配驱动单元,应用重接式电磁驱动的超高速实验车,可在短时间内被加速达到超高速的目标。

Design and optimization of super high speed test vehicle driving system

Abstract:The driving scheme of a 400-1 000 km/h high speed test vehicle based on reconnection electromagnetic launch was studied.The circuit structure and the motion equation of reconnection electromagnetic drive were discussed.A drive system simulation model was built in the Maxwell3D transient field.The mechanical characteristics and accelating rules of level 3 drive system were investigated under different initial velocities.According to the system motion characteristics and efficiency problems,driving circuit optimization scheme was proposed,which can improve the motion characterstics of launch objects and the efficiency.The simulation results show that,the super high speed test vehicle which applies reconnection electromagnetic driving,can be accelerated to the target of high speed in a short period of time through the rational allocation of the drive unit.
