基于卸荷减跨机理的大跨度隧道开挖优化

摘 要: 长沙市营盘路湘江隧道大跨段单洞断面积达到380 m2 ,最大跨度达23 m,是隧道施工的一大技术难题。针对这一难题,基于卸荷减跨机理,提出分部分区开挖的理念。即通过减小开挖跨度,实现荷载的分步转移,围岩出现卸荷松动区,从而减小隧道结构单次承受的荷载,根本上改善结构受力,确保隧道安全、平稳施工。通过有限元进行数值模拟分析,论证开挖优化的合理性。

Excavation optimization based on unloading and span-cut mechanism for large-span tunnel

Abstract:It is a difficult technical problem to excavate the Xiangjiang River tunnel located at Yinpan Road,Changsha,since it contains a single hole area of 380 m2 and a maximum span of 23 m.This paper,aimed at solving this problem,proposed an excavation division partition based on reducing span and unloading mechanism.That is,by reducing the excavation span,to achieve load transfer in steps.In this way,excavation disturbed zone would appear in moving rock,which could reduce the single load of tunnel structure,radically improve the force structure at last and ensure of the safty and stability of tunnel construct.Numerical simulation by finite element was analyzed to demonstrat the rationality of optimization for the excavation.
