松动圈理论在冬瓜山采矿巷道支护设计中的应用

摘 要: 基于深部巷道工程由于其复杂的赋存条件和应力环境使得浅部工程的支护技术和方法不能满足深部巷道工程的需要,采用松动圈理论对冬瓜山采矿巷道进行支护设计。通过对松动圈支护理论及松动圈测试进行研究,将不同地方围岩破坏情况( 松动圈值) 分为松动圈基准值( Lp1) 和关键点松动圈值( Lp2) ,作为支护参数设计的量化指标,对巷道不同地方采取有区别的支护。将其运用于深部采矿巷道支护工程实践,通过现场位移监测验证了松动圈支护技术在深部工程应用中的合理性。

Application of excavation disturbed zone theory on supporting design of Dongguashan mining roadway

Abstract:Based on the fact that in deep roadway engineering,supporting technology and methods which are adopted in shallow engineering are not applicable due to its complex occurrence conditions and stress environment,the excavation disturbed zone supporting technology was suggested in Dongguashan.According to the test results of excavation disturbed zone,the standard value ( Lp1) and the points excavation disturbed zone ( Lp2) were divded in different places to take different supportings.The theary and test of rock excavation disturbed zone were used in the deep soft rock roadway engineering practices,and the rationality of excavation disturbed zone was verified by field monitoring in deep engineering.
