考虑中欧规范差异的刚果( 布)Loukouni大桥设计复核分析

摘 要: Loukouni 桥是刚果( 布) 1 号公路II 期工程中的一座上承式钢箱拱桥。为确保其设计方案安全可靠,利用通用有限元软件ANSYS,采用欧洲规范和中国规范,分别进行Loukouni 大桥的设计复核工作。计算得到在考虑承载能力极限组合时,该桥最大压应力约为200 MPa,安全系数约为1.5; 在考虑正常使用极限状态组合时,该桥最大挠度小于1 /1000 计算跨径。研究结果表明: Loukouni 桥的设计方案在强度和刚度方面均满足要求; 欧洲规范在强度验算方面要严于中国规范,而在变形验算方面要比中国规范的宽松,建议对受制于中欧双重体系规范的工程,首先采用欧洲规范进行设计,最后采用中国规范对其变形进行复核验算。

Design review on Loukouni bridge in the Republic of Congo considering the difference between Chinese code and Eurocode

Abstract:Loukouni bridge is a deck type arch bridge with box section which is a part from the second stage of the 1st national road project of the Republic of Congo.General FE software ANSYS was used to have a design review on the bridge to make sure its design is reliable.The design review was implemented based on Chinese code and Eurocode separately.Several results are obtained.The maximum pressure stress of the bridge is about 200 MPa when ultimate limit state is considered.The safety margin of the bridge is proved to be about 1.5.The maximum deflection of the bridge is less than 1 /1000 of length of the calculated span when serviceability limit state is considered.It is proved that the design proposal of the bridge meet the demand in terms of strength and stiffress.Eurocode is more strict in the strength design but weaker at stiffness design than Chinese code.It is suggested that Eurocode is used for initial design and Chinese code is used to check the deflection for the bridges which should meet the demand of these two different codes.
