义乌宾王大桥静动力性能试验研究分析

摘 要: 静载试验分3 种荷载工况,对每种工况均测试关键截面的应力及挠度。动载试验对列车以不同速度过桥时墩顶及跨中截面的横向振动位移进行量测,并测试跨中截面的竖向动挠度。通过脉动试验,对全桥的自振频率、振型及阻尼比进行量测。进行检算,确定桥梁各部位的最大应力,以得出原设计最不利荷载轮位并指导试验。采用静、动载试验方法检验桥梁整体及各部位受力性能和结构动力特性,得到应力、挠度、横向振动位移,竖向动挠度、自振频率、振型和阻尼等关键桥梁特性值。将这些关键的桥梁特性值与2006 年对本桥所作试验而得到的相对应的桥梁特性值进行对比,通过这些数据的变化,得出本桥在刚度,强度等方面的变化,为进一步的理论分析提供依据,并对桥梁在养护和维修加固方面给出合理的指导与方向。

Static and dynamic experiment analysis of the behavior of the constructed binwang Bridge in Yiwu

Abstract:Static load test includes three kinds of loading conditions,for each condition the stress and deflection of the key sections were tested.Dynamic loading tests were measured on the train at different speeds when crossing the bridge pier top and middle cross section of transverse vibration displacement,and the vertical deflection of the middle cross section was tested.Through vibration test,the entire bridge self vibration frequencies,vibration modes and damping ratios were measured.A detailed calculation to determine the maximum stress of the bridge was made to get the original design of the most unfavorable load wheel and guide test.The static and dynamic test methods were made for inspection of whole bridge’s and each position’s stress performance and structural,dynamic characteristics such as stress,deflection,lateral displacement,vertical deflection,natural frequency,mode and damping characteristic values of key bridges.The characteristic values and those of 2006 to the bridge test were gotten from made and the corresponding characteristics of bridges were contrasted,through which the data change,the bridge in the stiffness,strength and other aspects of the changes were refered to provide the basis for further theoretical analysis.
