湖南某预应力混凝土箱梁桥崩裂原因分析

摘 要: 针对湖南某预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥合龙后底板出现崩裂问题,以箱梁底板预应力束的等效径向力经典计算公式为基础,修正了经典等效径向力的计算公式,并结合实际施工情况,分析了事故发生的原因。同时采用通用有限元程序ANSYS分析了底板应力分布规律。研究结果表明: 本文提出的修正公式计算的崩力与有限元拉力分布相符合,在此基础上提出了预防底板崩裂的措施,具有一定的实际意义。

Cause analysis of the bursting cracks in bottom slab of PC box-girder bridge

Abstract:Aimed at the problem on the bursting crack in bottom slab of prestressed concrete box-girder bridge in Hunan during cantilever construction,based on the classic formula of equivalent radial force of strand in bottom plate, the formula of equivalent radial force was modified, and the cause of the accidents was analysized with the actual engineering.The stress distribution law on the bottom slab was analysized by using finite elements system.The results show that bursting force calculated by the modified equipment well coincide with bursting force by finite elements system.Some measurements were put forward to prevent bottom plate from cracking on this basis,which has certain practical significance.
