营盘路湘江隧道断层破碎带段施工掌子面稳定性分析

摘 要: 考虑地下水渗透力作用,采用三维数值模拟的方法对营盘路湘江隧道断层破碎带段施工掌子面的稳定性进行研究,对比分析未注浆加固与注浆加固两种情况掌子面的稳定性。研究结果表明: 未注浆加固时,隧道施工掌子面的稳定性不能满足要求; 注浆加固后,围岩及掌子面的稳定性得到显著提高,其安全性能够满足要求; 注浆加固起到了明显的堵水作用,改善了初支的受力状态,有效地控制了围岩位移,缩小了围岩及掌子面的塑性区范围,其对提高围岩及掌子面稳定性效果显著。

Stability analysis of Xiangjiang tunnel face on Yingpan Road which crosses the fault fracture zone in construction

Abstract:Considering the role of groundwater seepage force,the method of 3-D numerical simulation was applied to study on the stability of Xiangjiang tunnel face in construction,which locates on Yingpan Road tunnel and crosses the fault fracture zone.Then the stability of the tunnel face was analyzed by comparison of grouting and non-grouting .The results show that the stability of tunnel face in construction can''''t meet the requirements without grouting strengthen.While after grouting strengthen,the stability of surrounding rock and the tunnel face is dramatically improved,and their safeties can satisfy the requirements.Grouting strengthen plays a remarkable role in water plugging,which has some advantages below: firstly,it can improve the stress state of primary support; secondly,it can control the displacement of surrounding rock effectively; thirdly,it can narrow the range of the plastic area by the surrounding rock and tunnel face; fourthly,it can improve the stability of surrounding rock and tunnel face remarkably.
