海南省典型沥青路面结构早期损坏原因分析

摘 要: 为全面评价海南省公路沥青路面早期病害特征,确定当地高温多雨的自然环境与严重超载的交通状况下的公路沥青路面早期损坏的主要原因,对海南地区公路沥青路面使用现状、自然环境、交通状况等进行了调研。基于沥青路面使用现状调研,分析评价了典型路段的公路技术状况。基于自然环境调研,分析了当地主要的气候特征及其对沥青路面病害的影响。基于交通状况调研,计算考虑实际轴载条件的等效轴载换算系数与累计当量轴次,分析实际交通状况对路面病害的影响。最后,从自然环境、交通状况、路面设计、路面施工、材料选择共5 个方面总结归纳了海南省沥青路面早期损坏的主要原因。

Analysis of premature damage of typical asphalt pavement structure in Hainan Province

Abstract:In order to comprehensively evaluate the early damage of highway asphalt pavement in Hainan Province,and identify the main reasons for early damage of asphalt pavement under the natural condition of high temperature and heavy rain,as well as the traffic condition of severe overload,investigations of the road asphalt pavement using actuality and the natural environment and the traffic condition were conducted.Moreover,the highway performance of typical roads was analyzed and evaluated based on the status of asphalt pavement research.The local climatic characteristic and its effect on asphalt pavement were analyzed based on the status of natural environment.Furtherly,based on the status of traffic condition,equivalent axle load conversion factor and cumulative equivalent standard axle were calculated,and the effect of actual traffic condition on pavement disease was analyzed.Then,the main reasons of early disease of asphalt pavement in Hainan Province were summarized in five aspects,including natural environment,traffic condition,pavement design,pavement construction and material selection.
