隧道管棚加预注浆超前支护数值模拟分析

摘 要: 管棚、超前预注浆加固作为隧道施工中的重要辅助工法,在防止隧道塌方、控制地表沉降、抑制地层位移等方面发挥了重大的作用。因此,2 种预加固方法在我国被广泛应用。采用FLAC3D 有限差分法软件,建立了管棚加预注浆超前支护、仅采用管棚支护、仅采用预注浆以及无任何支护作用下的四种开挖模型进行数值模拟分析,研究在控制隧道的应力、位移以及地表沉降方面的作用效应。

Abstract:As two important auxiliary methods in tunnel construction ,pipe-shed and pre-grouting plays a major role in preventing tunnel collapse,controlling surface subsidence and inhibiting ground displacement.Therefore, the two pre-reinforcement methods were widely used in our country.FLAC3D finite difference software was used to build four excavation models for numerical simulation analysis,including pipe-shed and pre-grouting model,only pipe-shed pre-support model,only pre-grouting support model and without any pre-support model.The effect of actions on controlling the stress,displacement and surface subsidence of tunnel are studied.
