CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道充填层自密实混凝土碳化及力学性能演变的研究

摘 要: 研究了CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构底座板、充填层和轨道板所用3 类典型混凝土材料的碳化性能,并对上述3 类混凝土材料单一和复合试件在碳化前后的抗压应力- 应变特性进行了实验测试。研究结果表明: 与普通自密实混凝土相比,掺入橡胶粉和乳化沥青的自密实混凝土碳化系数显著降低。碳化作用后混凝土底座板、轨道板和普通自密实混凝土充填层材料均呈现韧性降低,脆性增大,但掺入了橡胶粉和乳化沥青的自密实混凝土充填层材料碳化前后应力应变曲线变化不显著,材料的韧性得到改善。当充填层自密实混凝土掺入韧性组分后,由底座板、充填层和轨道板材料组成的复合体( 试件) 在标养和碳化条件下均呈现较好的韧性,有助于改善CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构的动力学性能。

Carbonation and mechanics evolvement of self-consolidating concrete used in CRTS Ⅲ type slab ballastless track filling layer

Abstract:The carbonation capabilities of different concretes used in base slab,track slab and filling layer of CRTS Ⅲ type slab ballastless track were studied,and the stress-strain curve properties of single and compound samples of these concretes were also tested before and after carbonation.The results show that compared to blank self-consolidating concrete ( SCC) ,the carbonation coefficient of SCC with addition of rubber powder and emulsified asphalt decreases greatly.Concrete base slab,concrete track slab and blank SCC filling layer take on great brittleness after carbonated,but filling layer SCC with addition of rubber powder and emulsified asphalt take on good toughness after carbonated.When filling layer SCC with addition of toughness compositions,such as rubber powder and emulsified asphalts, the compound samples under the condition of standard curing and carbonation including base slab,track slab and filling layer materials present good toughness.And this kind of toughness materials is helpful to improve the structural dynamics property of CRTS Ⅲ type slab ballastless track.
