水对水泥乳化沥青砂浆的表面润湿性

摘 要: 通过测试不同沥灰比( w( A) /w( C) ) 、不同沥青品种( A1,A2 和A3) 配制的3 种类型水泥乳化沥青砂浆不同表面( 上成型面、下成型面、自然断面) 的接触角,研究水对水泥乳化沥青砂浆表面的润湿性。研究结果表明: 3 种类型砂浆的不同表面的接触角均随着w( A) /w( C) 增加而增加,即砂浆表面被水润湿性逐渐降低; 砂浆上成型面易形成一层富沥青皮,由于乳化剂分子的表面活性作用,使上表面与水接触角小于90°,呈亲水性; 自然断面的表面粗糙度及势垒的增加导致接触角明显增大;水泥乳化沥青砂浆中极性的水泥、砂子颗粒对极性的乳化剂分子的吸附作用,使砂浆表面呈组分不均匀性,进而配比相同而沥青品种不同的砂浆上成型面接触角亦有较大区别,且上成型面与水接触角均明显小于下成型面接触角。

Surface wettability of water on cement emulsified asphalt mortar

Abstract:The surface wettability of water on cement emulsified asphalt mortar was investigated.The contact angles on different surfaces such as upper formed surface,lower formed surface and natural section of cement emulsified asphalt mortar were measured,with different ratios of asphalt to cement ( w( A) /w( C) ) and various kinds of emulsified asphalt including A1,A2 and A3.Test results show that the surface contact angles increase with the increase of w( A) /w( C) ,which means that the surface wetting of cement emulsified asphalt mortar decreases.Because of the surfactivity action of emulsifier,mortar on the upper formed surface was easy to form a layer of rich asphalt skin,which makes the contact angles between upper surface and water less than 90°so it presents hydrophilic.Due to the absorption what effect the polar cement and sand partides in the cement emulsfied asphalt mortar has on the polarity emulsifier modecules,the mortar surface presents component nonhomogeneity,and then there is much difference of contact angles on the upperformed surface between those mortar with same proportion but different kinds of asphalt.Moreover,the contact angles between the upper formed surface and water are obviously smaller than that between the lower surface and water.
