散粒货物对铁道货车的侧、端墙动侧压力研究

摘 要: 以旋轮线作为破裂面模型,建立了散粒微层的极限平衡方程,通过数值计算得到了散粒货物对侧、端墙的理论静、动侧压力,通过对计算结果以及国内外研究成果的分析,得出了符合铁道货车的散粒货物侧压力公式。在纵向冲击加速度小于0.8g 时,垂向振动是影响动侧压力的主要因素,随着垂向振动加速度和装载高度增加,端、侧墙动侧压力呈二次关系增加;在纵向加速度大于0.8g 时,纵向冲击是影响端墙动侧压力的主要因素,在被动土压力的基础上,端墙动侧压力随纵向冲击加速度呈二次关系增加,而侧墙的动侧压力维持0.8g 时的状态不再增加。经过分析比较,该公式合理、实用,对散粒货物车辆的设计具有参考意义。

Research on the dynamic lateral pressure on side and end walls of railway wagon car by bulk goods

Abstract:The balance equation of bulk goods under different conditions which take cycloid as the rupture surface’s model firstly was built.Then the academic dynamic lateral pressure on side and end walls by bulk goods was calculated through numerical method.Through the analysis of calculated results and the research productions at home and abroad,a dynamic lateral pressure equation which is fit for railway bulk wagon is given.When longitude impact acceleration is less than 0.8g,the vertical vibrating is the main factor of dynamic lateral pressure.With the increase of vertical vibrating acceleration and the load height,the dynamic lateral pressure of end and side walls increases in quadratic.While the acceleration surpasses 0.8g,the longitude impact becomes the main factor which affects the dynamic lateral pressure on end wall.On the base of passive soil pressure,the dynamic pressure on the end increases with quadratic time of the impact acceleration,but the dynamic pressure on side wall remains the value of that endured at the acceleration of 0.8g.After checking and comparing,this equation is reasonable and applied, so it can be seen as a reference to the design of bulk goods vehicle.
