钢箱-混凝土组合梁极限扭矩分析

摘 要: 为对比研究新型钢箱-混凝土组合梁与传统叠合式组合梁的抗扭能力,运用沙堆比拟法原理,不计混凝土与钢箱间的滑移,对钢箱-混凝土组合梁进行了扭转分析,并推导其极限扭矩公式。通过比较钢箱-混凝土组合梁、薄壁钢箱梁、矩形混凝土实心梁的扭转强度,得出可忽略混凝土对钢箱-混凝土组合梁极限扭矩的贡献。计算对比同规格的叠合式组合梁与钢箱-混凝土组合梁的极限扭矩,发现钢箱-混凝土组合梁具有更强的抗扭能力。

Ultimate torque analysis about steel box-concrete composite beam

Abstract:A ultimate torque formula for the new steel box concrete composite beam on the basis of its torsional analysis was deduced.By using the sand heap analogy method without considering the slip between the concrete and the steel box,a comparative study was made on the torsional capacity between new steel box concrete composite beam and traditional superposed composite beam.Comparing the torsional strength about steel box-concrete composite beam,thin-walled steel box girder and rectangular solid beam,the conclusion can be drawn that the contribution of concrete part for ultimate torque of steel box-concrete composite beam can be ignored.Through calculating and comparing the ultimate torque about the same specification of the traditional composite beam and steel box-concrete composite beam,the latter is stronger in torsional capacity.
