基于软闭环控制的寄生式超声自动检测方法

摘 要: 基于多轴联动的数控机床研制一套寄生式超声自动检测系统。利用串口通信实现数控机床的计算机运动控制,针对CNC 开环控制在位置反馈上存在的不足研究了一种寄生式的实现途径; 利用超声回波的能量特征值设计运动采集同步实验,采集不同行程及速度条件下某位移所需时耗,根据B 样条曲面重建的方法建立数控机床的运动特性模型,并通过曲面插值实现数控机床的软闭环控制,最后对该系统进行C 扫描成像实验。研究结果表明: 该系统与目前普遍采用的超声自动系统相比,具有开发周期短、成本低的优点。

Parasitic system of ultrasonic inspection based on soft close-loop control

Abstract:A parasitic system of ultrasonic automatic testing based on NC machine was developed.The computer control of NC machine motion was realized through serial communication,and a solution was executed in order to overcome the shortcomings of CNC open-loop control for position feedback.An experiment was designed to collect time consume on the condition of different strokes and velocities,and the movement characteristics model of NC machine was established by using B-spline surface,then the soft closed-loop motion control was achieved by means of surface interpolation.C-Scan image was obtained using this system.The results show that it possesses the advantage of low cost and short development cycle compared with the current systems widely used.
