隧道出碴过程CO浓度监测与模拟研究及应用

摘 要: 为确保隧道施工及管理的安全,针对隧道出碴过程风流流场的复杂性和CO浓度分布的不确定性等特征,结合某特长隧道施工实际,运用Fluent软件模拟分析隧道出碴过程洞内流场及CO浓度分布,得出了隧道出碴过程洞内通风流场的特性及CO浓度场的空间分布规律,并结合现场监测验证了结果的可靠性;结合应用CFK方程分析施工作业人员血液中COHb与环境中CO浓度、连续作业时间的关系,提出了合理的CO浓度限值及安全连续作业时间,为隧道安全施工及管理提供技术依据。

Research and application of CO concentration monitoring and simulation under tunnel mucking process

Abstract:Based on the complexity of wind flow field and the uncertainty of CO concentration, a numerical analysis model, concerning CO concentration of mucking process, was established in this paper with the software Fluent by combining an actual situation of tunnel construction. Through model analysis, it reveals the flow characteristics of the ventilation flow field and spatial distribution of CO concentration field, which proves to be credible by comparing field monitoring date and the numerical simulation results. Meanwhile, appropriate CO concentration threshold and continuous working hours were proposed quantitatively by applying Coburn-Forster-Kane equation to analyze the relationship between COHb in blood of construction workers and CO concentration in environment as well as uninterrupted working time. The research results provide theoretical basis for tunnel ventilation design and management to ensure the safety of construction.
