永磁同步牵引电机有效磁链观测及转矩控制

摘 要: 建立基于有效磁链的永磁同步牵引电机模型,提出基于有效磁链概念的非奇异终端滑模观测器和精确转矩闭环控制方法。首先,在α-β坐标系中构建龙贝格-滑模自适应滑模观测器,准确估计出定子电阻和q轴电感并作为有效磁链滑模观测器的输入;其次,在α-β坐标系中构建有效磁链非奇异终端滑模观测器,并基于滑模等值控制方法实现了有效磁链观测,进而实现转矩的实时估算,以此和转矩给定值构成精确转矩闭环控制,从而提高轨道交通驱动系统的转矩控制精度,改善了轨道交通控制系统的性能。该方法不仅适用于表贴式永磁同步电机,而且适用于内置式永磁同步电机。仿真结果验证了方法的可行性和有效性。

Effective flux observation and torque control for permanent magnet synchronous motor of railway vehicles

Abstract:The permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor mathematical model of active flux was established, and a nonsingular terminal-sliding-mode observer(NTSMO) based on effective flux and a precise torque control method were proposed. An adaptive Luenberger-sliding mode observer was constructed in α-β coordinate to estimate the stator resistance and q-axis inductance, which is regarded as the input to the active flux observer. The NTSMO of active flux was constructed in α-β stator coordinate frame, and active flux was observed by applying sliding mode equivalent control methodology, so as to realize the real-time estimation of torque. The torque closed-loop control system was constituted combining the torque command. The torque control precision of the driving system could be improved, and the driving performance of railway vehicles was fulfilled and guaranteed. The method not only applies to surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors(SPMSM), but also to interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM). The simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
