车辆底部结构对轨检车气动阻力的影响

摘 要: 在高速铁路和电气化铁路大规模投入运营的背景下,一旦接触网等设施出现故障,将严重影响列车的正常运营,造成不可估量的损失,因此必须保证轨检车及时快速抵达,完成接触网等设施的检修、维护和抢修,为此我国相继研发了多种快速轨检车。采用求解三维、不可压-定常N-S方程的数值计算方法,对新型设计的轨检车阻力特性进行模拟,在不改变原设计方案头部形状前提下,提出了罩起车体底部和增加转向架裙板2种改善轨检车气动阻力特性方法,将阻力系数分别减小约17.9%和20.8%。

Influence of the bottom structure on the aerodynamic drag of rail operation vehicle

Abstract:On the background of massive operation of high-speed railway and electrified railway, the failure of catenary facilities will seriously affect the normal operation of the train, causing immeasurable loss. In this case, it is of significant necessity to ensure that the rail track vehicle can arrive at the destination timely to complete the detection, maintenance and repair of the facilities. Therefore, a variety of rail operation vehicles has been successively developed in China. Based on steady N-S equation of three-dimensional and uncompressible viscous fluid, aerodynamic characteristics of the rail operation vehicle were simulated. Without changing the shape of the head, aerodynamic resistance characteristics were improved through covering up the bottom of the car body and increasing the area of bogie skirt, with 17.9% and 20.8% reduction of aerodynamic drag compared to the original design scheme, respectively.
