新型护轨在小半径曲线轨道中的减磨效果分析

摘 要: 基于转向架稳态曲线通过基本模型,建立带新型护轨的小半径曲线轨道的转向架稳态通过计算公式,采用国际通用的Vogel磨耗指数,对新型护轨减轻轮轨磨耗效果进行初步理论分析,同时对相关轨道结构参数的影响规律进行分析。计算结果表明:新型护轨能减少小半径曲线轨道外轨侧面磨耗达50%左右;随着曲线半径的增大,减磨效果有所下降;随着外轨超高的增大,无护轨时外轨磨耗指数减小,有护轨时外轨磨耗指数略有增大,总的减磨效果减小;随着护轨刚度的增大,减磨效果增加;随着轮缘槽宽度的增大,减磨效果减小。

Research on reducing wheel-rail wear effect of the new guard rail in small radius curve tracks

Abstract:The calculation formula of bogie steady-state curve negotiation in small radius curve with the new guard rail was deduced based on the basic models of bogie steady-state curve negotiation. International current Vogel wear index was applied to analyze the effect of reducing wears of the new guard rail. The influence of the relevant parameters on the track was also analyzed. The results show that new guard rail will reduce the side rail wears by about 50%. With the increase of the radius of the curve, the effect of reducing wears declines. With the increasing value of the cant, the wear index decreases in the absence of the new guard rail, and increases slightly by equipping the new guard rail, but the overall effect of reducing wears declines. The effect of reducing wears increases when the guard rail stiffness becomes larger. The greater the width of wheel-protecting rail, the smaller the antifriction effect.
