刚构-连续组合梁桥主梁合龙关键技术

摘 要: 以郑少高速航海路连接线南水北调大桥辅线桥——大跨径预应力混凝土刚构-连续组合梁桥为实例,利用有限元软件Midas/Civil建立桥梁施工阶段的有限元计算模型,采用数值仿真技术探讨主梁合龙顺序、边跨现浇段满堂支架拆除时机和主梁中跨合龙段顶推力的优化调整等关键技术问题。研究结果表明:先合龙边跨主梁,然后拆除边跨现浇梁段满堂支架,最后合龙中跨主梁的桥梁合龙方案对桥梁线形和结构后期受力有利;在一定变化范围内,顶推力、温度变化均与顺桥向位移成线性关系,拟合计算结果可以得出顶推力与温度变化关系的计算公式,根据该公式可以对设计顶推力进行优化调整。论文所得结果指导了该刚构-连续组合梁桥的主梁合龙施工,并对类似桥梁主梁合龙施工具有借鉴意义。

Study on key technology of the main girder closure of rigid frame-continuous combination beam bridge

Abstract:Based on the connecting line project of long-span prestressed concrete rigid frame-continuous combination beam bridge between the south-to-north water diversion and Zhengzhou to Shaolin highway road, the finite element model of construction process was established by Midas/Civil, to simulate the key technology of main girder closure sequence, removal time of full space supports of the cast-in-place beam of the side span, and jacking force of middle span closure with numerical simulation technology. The calculation results show that it is beneficial to the bridge alignment and lateral structure stress to close the side span girder first, then remove the full space supports of casting side-span girder, and close the middle span girder last. The formula of relationship between jacking force and temperature change was worked out through fitting results to optimize the design jacking force, and the two factors have linear relationship with horizontal displacement along the bridge in a certain range. The solutions in this paper can guide the girder closure of rigid frame-continuous combination bridge construction and have reference significance to the construction of similar bridges.
