25K(T)型客车空气弹簧泄漏在线检测装置研究

摘 要: 为了及时发现直达特快旅客列车运行过程中空气弹簧泄漏,防止因此而导致的车辆运行失稳,设计了空气弹簧泄漏在线检测装置。该装置包括无线压力传感器模块、车载数据接收装置和PC机分析软件等3部分,无线压力传感模块置于25K(T)型客车空气弹簧尼龙摩擦座内,实时记录被测气囊压力值,能将保存的压力数据和传感器模块安装地点(车号、气囊编号等)、传感器状态、电池电压、时间等信息通过Zigbee无线网络传送给车载数据接收装置,从而实现空气弹簧压力检测和泄漏故障报警。

Research on air spring leakage online detection device of 25K(T) passenger train

Abstract:In order to discover the air spring leakage of running passenger train, and prevent operation instability, the air spring leakage online detection device was designed in this respect. The device includes wireless pressure sensor module, on-board data receiver and PC analysis software. The wireless pressure sensor module is installed below the air spring to record the pressure values, and then the relevant information is sent to the on-board data receiver by Zigbee, such as pressure value, installed location (car numbers, airbag numbers, etc), sensor status, battery voltage, time, etc. As a consequence, this device realizes the detection of pressure value and leakage warning.
