养护条件对矿物掺和料混凝土吸水率和电通量的影响

摘 要: 采用粉煤灰和矿渣粉复掺取代50%水泥,研究养护时间、养护湿度以及覆膜养护对混凝土吸水率和电通量的影响。试验结果表明:复掺矿物掺和料混凝土的标准养护时间越短、养护湿度越低、拆模前覆膜养护温度越高,混凝土吸水率越大,抗氯离子渗透性越差。在相同养护条件下,复掺粉煤灰-矿渣粉的混凝土吸水率比单掺煤灰的小,比单掺矿渣粉的大,抗氯离子渗透性能比单掺粉煤灰的好,但是比单掺矿渣粉的差。

Effect of curing conditions on water absorption ratio and electric-fluxof concrete with mixed mineral admixture

Abstract:In this paper, fly ash and slag power were used to replace 50 percent of cement to produce concrete. The water absorption rate and electric flux of the mineral admixture concrete were tested under different conditions, such as different curing time, different moisture and the impact of coated curing. The results of experiment show that the water-absorbing ability of the concrete become stronger and the property of resistance to chloride ion penetration resistance become weaker, in the condition of high temperature, shorter curing time and lower curing moisture. At the same curing process, the water absorption ratio of the concrete mixed with fly ash and slag powder is lower than the concrete only mixed with fly ash. However, the water absorption ratio of the concrete mixed with fly ash and slag powder is higher than the concrete only mixed with slag powder. Moreover, the property of resistance to chloride ion permeability is opposite as the water absorption ratio.
