PVA-ECC抗剪加固带悬臂RC梁承载力计算研究

摘 要: 对采用聚乙烯醇纤维水泥砂浆(PVA-ECC)钢筋网抗剪加固带悬臂的钢筋混凝土梁的承载力设计计算公式进行研究。通过对不同剪跨比下的对比梁及加固试验梁的斜裂缝开展、应变、挠度和破坏形态的变化对比分析发现,利用这种材料对RC梁进行加固,梁的斜截面受剪承载力有显著的提高,剪切刚度得到了一定的提高,而且能很好地抑制斜裂缝的开展。在实验研究的基础上,给出聚乙烯醇纤维水泥砂浆钢筋网抗剪加固的带悬臂的钢筋混凝土静定梁的承载力设计计算公式,公式计算值与试验结果吻合良好。

Capacity calculation study of cantilever RC beams shear strengthing with PVA-ECC

Abstract:Experimental study was conduct to obtain Capacity Calculation Formula for statically determinate RC cantilever beams shear strengthing with PVA-ECC. Contrastive analysis for change of mode of diagonal cracks, strain ,deflection and failure analyzed in the experiment shows that the rehabilitation greatly increased the shear load-carrying capacity. The shear stiffness was also increased to a certain extent and the propagation of diagonal cracks was reduced by the rehabilitation. According to the test results, the design formula of shear load-carrying capacity of statically determinate RC cantilever beams shear strengthing with PVA-ECC was proposed. The Calculation results fit well with the experimental one.
