环保脱硫型粉煤灰对水泥粉煤灰稳定基层膨胀开裂的破坏机理研究

摘 要: 基于现场调查、破坏特征分析、化学成分分析和室内试验等方法,对某在建高等级公路环保脱硫型粉煤灰与道路水泥粉煤灰稳定基层膨胀开裂病害之间的关系等进行分析。采用现场调查的方法对沿线路面病害状况进行调查,结果表明:路面的病害类型及病害程度主要与路面结构层体积膨胀有关。根据现场调查及路面材料化学成分分析结果,对路面病害成因进行的探讨,并得出路面病害主要由粉煤灰中含硫量过高造成路面结构层体积膨胀引起。通过室内试验测试水泥粉煤灰稳定基层体积安定性及剩余强度,最终得出环保脱硫型粉煤灰是造成水泥粉煤灰稳定基层开裂主要原因的结论,这对水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石基层如何正确使用环保脱硫型粉煤灰具有重要的指导意义。

Environmental protection desulfurization fly ash on the destruction mechanismof expansion crack on the base of the cement fly-ash stabilized

Abstract:Based on field investigation, the failure characteristics, chemical composition analysis, laboratory test and other methods, the relationship between the crack diseases on the base of the cement fly-ash stabilized for a certain highway environmental protection desulfurization fly ash and road under construction expansion are analyzed. First, adopting the method of field investigation pavement disease along the whole line. The obtained data shows that the pavement disease type and extent of disease mainly related to pavement structure layer volume expansion. Then according to the results of field investigation and pavement material chemical composition analysis,through laboratory test of measuring the cement fly-ash stabilized subbase volume stability and residual strength, it can be concluded that the pavement disease is mainly caused by excessive sulfur content in the fly ash pavement structure layer. Finally it is concluded that environmental desulfurization fly ash is the main cause of crack on the base of the cement fly-ash stabilized,which can be an important guidence to environmental protection.
