环氧沥青混凝土柔韧性及路用性能研究

摘 要: 在环氧沥青混凝土中掺加橡胶颗粒或聚酯纤维可以提高其柔性和韧性,为进一步研究环氧沥青混凝土柔韧性,提出柔韧性评价指标,对4种环氧沥青混凝土的柔韧性进行对比分析。并通过国产车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、汉堡车辙试验对普通环氧沥青混凝土和柔韧性环氧沥青混凝土高温性能、水稳性能进行研究。试验结果表明:同时掺加橡胶颗粒(2.1%)和聚酯纤维(0.3%)的环氧沥青混凝土柔韧性最优,而且相比普通环氧沥青混凝土,其具有更好的高温性能和水稳定性。

Research on suppleness and pavement performance of epoxy asphalt concrete

Abstract:The flexibility and toughness of epoxy asphalt concrete can be improved by adding rubber particles or polyester fiber. For further study suppleness of epoxy asphalt concrete, the evaluation indicator of suppleness was proposed in this paper. The suppleness of four kinds of epoxy asphalt concrete was comparative analyzed. And the high temperature and water stability performance of ordinary epoxy asphalt concrete and suppleness epoxy asphalt concrete were studied through domestic rutting test, immersion marshall test and Hamburg rutting test. The results show that by adding rubber particles (2.1%) and polyester fiber (0.3%), the suppleness of epoxy asphalt concrete is optimal, and the high temperature resistance and water stability performance are better than the ordinary epoxy asphalt concrete.
