基于正交试验的纤维微表处路用性能研究

摘 要: 在微表处中加入纤维,可以提高微表处的路用性能。为深入了解纤维微表处路用性能的影响因素,基于正交试验,在纤维掺量、油石比、纤维种类3个影响因素下进行湿轮磨耗试验与轮辙变形试验,并对结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:各影响因素中,对路用性能影响程度的顺序为纤维掺量>油石比>纤维类型;对于纤维微表处路用性能,纤维掺量和油石比存在最佳值,当纤维掺量取0.10%~0.20%,油石比取7.0%~7.5%时,微表处混合料路用性能最优;而且相同条件下,聚丙烯纤维微表处路用性能更加优越。

Research on pavement performance of fiber micro-surfacing based on orthogonal test

Abstract:The pavement performance of micro-surfacing can be improved by adding fiber. In order to further understand the factors of micro-surfacing pavement performance, three factors including fiber content, asphalt-aggregate ratio and fiber type were studied. On the basis of orthogonal test, the wet wheel abrasion test and rut deformation test were conducted under the factors in this paper, and the results were comparative analyzed. The results indicate that the degree of influence is in descending order according to fiber content > asphalt-aggregate ratio > fiber type. Adding 0.10% to 0.20% fiber and 7.0% to 7.5% asphalt-aggregate ratios can make pavement performance of micro surfacing in optimal performance. Under the same conditions, the pavement performance of polypropylene fiber micro-surfacing mixture is more superior.
