砌石铁路隧道典型病害下安全性研究

摘 要: 基于川黔线砌石隧道的现场检测结果,针对砌石衬砌隧道空洞和砂浆脱落2种典型病害,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分别建立对应不同病害的有限元模型,展开对不同宽度、深度空洞以及不同深度砂浆脱落下衬砌结构安全性分析。通过对典型危险截面的结构安全系数验算以及灰缝截面的抗拉抗剪验算,找出不同规模病害下衬砌结构安全性的变化规律。研究发现宽度尺寸为2.0 m的空洞对衬砌结构影响较1.5 m空洞大得多,同时为保障砌石隧道结构安全,建议将砂浆脱落深度控制在5 cm以内。

Safety research of masonry railway tunnel under typical disease

Abstract:Based on detection result of the masonry tunnels of Chuanqian line, two typical diseases, the tunnel lining cavity and masonry mortar fell, are identified. Finite element models corresponding to different diseases have been established in ANSYS to analyze the safety of lining under different cavity widths, depths and degrees of mortar fell. With the calculation for dangerous section and analyzing tensile shear of mortar joint section, the variation for tunnel lining safety of different diseases have been figured out. Finally, it is found that the influence of cavity dimension of 2 m is much higher than that of 1.5 m. in order to make sure a safety status of stone tunnel structures, it is suggested that the depth of mortar fell should be controlled within 5 cm.
