摘 要: 安全防护设施是公路工程的重要沿线设施，其完善可靠程度对交通安全起着重要作用，对安全防护设施的完善与可靠性评价缺少系统的研究。采用模糊综合评价与数据包络分析相结合（F-DD）的方法，建立公路安全防护设施的可靠性评价模型，选取安全防护设施完好和合理状况、道路线型合理性、公路日常养护和路侧管理水平为评价指标，对安全防护设施的可靠性进行评价。根据评价结果，找出可靠性较差的路段及其原因，提出相应的改进措施。将该方法首次应用到公路安全防护设施的可靠性评价中，通过实例验证该方法的可行性，为其他类似工程的可靠性评价提供一种新方法。

Abstract:Security facilities are important along the highway engineering, the reliability of which plays an important role in improving the traffic safety, however, perfection and reliability evaluation of security facilities are lack of systematic research currently. As a consequence, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and data envelopment analysis (F-DD) method were combined together to establish the reliability evaluation model of highway security facilities. Three indicators including good and reasonable of safety facilities condition, road linear rationality and daily maintenance management and roadside management level were selected to evaluate the reliability of highway security facilities. According to the results, road with less reliability and reason of it can be identified, appropriate improvements are then proposed. The method is first applied to evaluate the reliability of the security facilities of the road which verified to be feasible, so it can provid a new method for the reliability evaluation of other similar projects.
