板下减振垫对橡胶浮置板轨道减振性能的影响

摘 要: 为提升橡胶浮置板轨道的减振性能,在满铺型橡胶浮置板轨道的基础上,探讨条铺型橡胶浮置板轨道和点铺型橡胶浮置板轨道。在地下实验室,测试3种橡胶浮置板轨道的竖向振动加速度。利用Matlab编程软件,对测试得到的数据进行频域处理,得到浮置板到隧道壁的加速度级传递损失和隧道壁的加速度级插入损失。研究结果表明:条铺和点铺使得橡胶浮置板轨道的传递损失增大;条铺和点铺使得橡胶浮置板轨道的减振工作频率降低。

Dynamic analysis of rubber floating slab track with different supporting forms

Abstract:In order to improve the vibration-reduction ability of the rubber floating slab track, the linear supporting and the point-like supporting were designed based on the full-surface supporting. The vertical vibration acceleration of the floating slab and the tunnel wall were tested in the underground laboratory. The tested data was analyzed in frequency domain using Matlab. Then, the transfer loss from the floating slab to the tunnel wall and the insert loss of the tunnel wall were obtained. Results show that: The linear supporting and the point-like supporting make the transfer loss increase compared with the full-surface supporting; The working frequency is lower than the full-surface supporting.
