冻融循环作用下CFRP-C60高强混凝土的劣化特征点

摘 要: 采用P值检验法和最大曲率法对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)片材-C60高强混凝土黏结界面的冻融损伤进行定量化评估,分析CFRP-C60高强混凝土冻融损伤的劣化特征点及其相关规律。结果表明:初劣点、陡劣点及最大曲率等指标可以准确地反映CFRP-C60高强混凝土冻融劣化过程的特征,CFRP-C60高强混凝土的各项剪切试验参数在冻融循环次数N=113左右时开始初步劣化,在N=152左右时开始显著劣化,并且黏结本构参数Sf和Gf的劣化要早于承载力参数F0和F1;冻融循环对CRFP-C60高强混凝土界面最大剪应力所对应的应变无明显影响。

Deterioration characteristic points of CFRP –C60 high strength concrete subjected to freeze-thaw cycles

Abstract:P-value test method and curvature-fitting method were used to assess the damage of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheet-C60 high strength concrete subjected to freeze-thaw cycles quantitatively. Deterioration characteristic points of the damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles (N) and related regular pattern were analyzed. Analytical results show that initial deterioration point, significant deterioration point and maximum curvature can accurately reflect the deterioration of CFRP-C60 high strength concrete under freeze-thaw conditions. The shearing test parameters of CFRP-C60 high strength concrete begin to deteriorate when N=113 and deteriorate significantly afterN reaches 152. The deterioration of bonding parameters(Sf,Gf) happens earlier than the deterioration of bearing capacity parameters (F0, F1). Freeze-thaw cycles have no significant effect on the slip corresponding to the maximum interfacial shear stress.
