供应链网络横向纵向整合优化

摘 要: 对由多个4级供应链构成的网络的横向和纵向整合问题进行研究,以一个核心制造商为整合主体,考虑整合成本、原材料成本、产品的生产和配送成本、原材料和产品运输成本。以利润最大为目标,以制造商、供应商、配送中心和零售商的选择、原材料的供应、产品的生产和运输、配送中心产品流量的平衡以及零售商的需求等为约束条件建立了优化模型。算例表明,同时考虑对供应链进行横向和纵向整合,能够有效减少供应链成本、增加利润,其中整合成本、运输成本和配送成本、原材料成本和产品生产成本分别占总成本的7.82%,22.29%和69.89%。与只进行横向整合相比较,利润增加55.30%。

Optimizationfor horizontal and vertical integration of supply chain network

Abstract:Horizontal and vertical supply chain integration in a network of some four-echelon supply chains was researched in this paper. In the network, a core manufacturer was acted as integration subject, who reckons all sorts of costs including integration cost, raw material cost, production and distribution cost of product and transportation cost of raw material and product. A model on horizontal and vertical supply chain integration was proposed to maximize the profit based on the constraints of the choice of manufacturer, supplier, distribution center and retailer, supply of raw material, production and transportation of product, product flow balance at distribution center and demand at retailer. Ultimately an illustrative example demonstrates that the proposed model could increase the profit of supply chain and ameliorate its competitiveness. The integration cost, transportation and distribution costs and costs of raw material and product occupy 7.82%, 22.29% and 69.89% in the total costs, respectively. The profit increases 55.30% compared with only vertical integration.
