CRTSⅠ型CA砂浆泵送技术研究与应用

摘 要: 通过新拌水泥乳化沥青砂浆泵出前后性能指标比较、泵送灌注砂浆揭板检查,和经济性分析,研究CRTSⅠ型CA砂浆泵送施工的可行性。研究结果表明:砂浆泵送前后的现场指标与硬化性能无明显变化,均符合要求;泵送+漏斗灌注施工的砂浆揭板检查效果良好,泵送方式能提高效率,降低人员、机械等费用,可用于大规模施工;直接泵送灌注的砂浆揭板效果良好,提出“抬板叠灌”施工方式,可望快捷修复CRTSⅠ型板式轨道路基不均匀沉降。

Research and application of CRTS I CA mortar pumping technology

Abstract:Through Performance comparison between mortar pumping before and after, CA mortar evaluated by removing slab track, and economic analysis of construction,it was studied on the feasibility of CRTS I CA mortar pumping technology. the results showed that performance index of CA mortar did not change obviously between pre and post pumping, also conform to the technology requirements; by Construction method with pumping-filling and funnel, mortar assessment reveals a positive results by removing slab track, and it also can improve the efficiency, reduce the cost of personnel, machinery etc., So it Can be applied to large-scale construction; Through removing-slab and evaluating, mortar quality is good by pumping directly inside bag under slab,So the construction method “plate-lift and filling double-layer mortar” is expected to restore quickly the uneven settlement of CRTS I slab track.
