溶剂型冷补沥青液研制及其沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘 要: 为研究冷补沥青混合料的路用性能和评价方法,弥补现行冷补料评价方法的不足,先采用正交试验设计法确定自行研制的溶剂型冷补沥青液的组成比例;然后分析提出冷补料的性能评价试验方法,并采用该法对新型冷补料和同类产品进行性能比较,最后进行工程验证。研究结果表明:研制的新型溶剂型冷补沥青混合料具有初始及成型强度高,黏聚性、水稳定性、高温稳定性好,低温及常温易拌合等优点;且提出的性能评价方法和技术要求能较好地反映冷补料的路用性能,同时满足建议技术要求的冷补料能对路面坑槽进行较好的修补。

Development of solvent-based cold patch asphalt liquid and study on pavement performance of its mixture

Abstract:In order to study the pavement performance and evaluation methods of the cold patch asphalt mixture and make up the deficiency of existing evaluation methods of it, firstly this paper adopted the method of orthogonal experiment to determine component proportion of home-made solvent-based cold patch asphalt fluid;then this paper came up with performance evaluation methods of its mixture after analysis, and made the performance comparison between new type of mixture and similar products based on the methods, finally this paper accomplished engineering validation of new type of mixture. The results show that the new type of solvent-based cold patch asphalt mixture has advantages of high initial and molding intensity, high adhesiveness, good water stability, good temperature stability, meanwhile the mixture is easy to mix at low and normal temperature; the performance evaluation methods and technical requirements of this paper can well reflect the performance of cold patch asphalt mixture; likewise, the cold patch asphalt mixture which satisfies the suggested technical requirements can repair pavement pit preferably.
