桥面铺装对城市钢箱梁桥面板疲劳性能的影响

摘 要: 城市钢箱梁桥面板在车轮荷载的反复作用,特别有超载车的持续作用时,疲劳问题显著。为分析桥面铺装对其疲劳性能的影响,基于空间有限元的分析方法,选取不同类型的桥面铺装,分别研究在铺装层不同的刚度、厚度以及加劲肋的构造形式下对城市钢箱梁桥面板疲劳性能。分析结果表明:与普通沥青混凝土相比,新型RPC铺装可以显著改善钢桥面板的受力状态,提高其疲劳寿命;提高铺装层的刚度可以明显降低构造细节的应力幅;对于桥面板的各种常用形式闭口肋中,U形加劲肋的受力性能明显优于V形。

Influence of pavement on fatigue performance of urban Steel Box Girder Deck

Abstract:Urban steel box girder bridge deck under repeated wheel loads, especially when overloaded car sustained action, fatigue problem is significant. In order to analyze the Influence of pavement on fatigue performance of urban steel box girder bridge deck, based on spatial finite element analysis method, different pavement stiffness, thickness and construction details was analyzed under different types of bridge deck pavement. The result shows that compared with asphalt pavement system, RPC pavement system can not only obviously improve the stress condition of steel bridge deck, but also significantly extend the fatigue life of steel bridge panel; Increasing the stiffness of pavement layer can obviously reduce the stress amplitude of fatigue details, especially for direct contact with the pavement. For the different forms of silent rib fatigue properties, U2 shaped stiffener is superior to the U1 shape, and the property of U shape rib is better than V shape.
