类矩形盾构隧道纵缝受剪性能试验研究

摘 要: 类矩形盾构隧道纵缝受剪性能的试验方法,包括试件设计、加载方案、测试方案等。过对纵向接缝的原型抗剪试验,获得接缝错台与剪切力的三阶段关系曲线,经过数据分析得到纵缝抗剪刚度在不同轴力作用下变化规律,明确隧道接缝在轴力和剪力共同作用下的各阶段受力机制,并提出第一、第三阶段抗剪强度的实用计算方法,从中指出螺栓预紧力对接缝受剪性能的有利影响,探讨管片接缝设计中剪力与轴力之比对错台变化的影响,并提出该比值的控制范围。试验结果为类矩形盾构隧道衬砌设计模型剪切参数提供取值范围,并为接缝抗剪设计提供技术支持和依据。

Experimental study on shear performance of longitudinal joint in quasi-rectangular shield tunnel

Abstract:The shear test of longitudinal joint in quasi-rectangular shield tunnel is briefly introduced, including design of test sample, loading plan, test content, etc. According to the shear test, the three-stage relationship between shear force and deformation of joint is obtained. Analysing the results, the shear stiffness changing law of longitudinal joint under the different axial force is concluded. The mechanical behavior of joint under combination of shear and axial force is made clear, and the practical calculation method for shear strength of first stage and third stage is provided. From the method, advantageous effect of pre tightening force is pointed. Influence of shear force to axial force ratio on the deformation is discussed. And the control range is put forward. The experimental study provides the value range of shear parameters for the models of lining structure of quasi-rectangular shield tunnels and technical support and basis for joint shear design.
