运能释放条件下既有线货运班列开行方案研究

摘 要: 我国铁路客运专线开通后,既有繁忙干线的运输能力得到了较大比例的释放,为铁路货运班列的设计及开行提供了有利条件。通过对新形势下货运班列开行方案进行研究,借鉴道路货运组织模型,结合铁路运输中的区段通过能力限制以及对未来年货运诱增量的考虑,建立适用于铁路网络,以运输最大效益为目标函数,基于路网各区段上的通过能力及货运量等约束的整数规划模型,并利用ILOG CPLEX软件进行模型求解。通过一个路网算例的计算,验证模型有效性,针对模型计算结果,对班列开行数量和区段通过能力等限制参数进行灵敏度分析,研究其对运输收益的影响,为实际情况下货运班列开行设计及优化提供参考依据。

Study on the operation scheme of freight block trains on existing lines under the condition of transport capability releasing

Abstract:With the construction of railway passenger dedicated line, the transport capability of existing lines is released on a large scale and it provides new freight products with favorable conditions for their design and operation. This paper is to study freight block trains (FBTs) operation scheme in the new conditions. It borrows ideas from road freight organization model and establishes an integer programming model that can be applied in railway network. The model is built based on certain constraints, including operation number of FBT in node stations, transport capacity in railway zones and so on. Additional, the fact that freight demand in present year depends on FBT scheduling in last year is considered in the model. Then, the software ILOG CPLEX is used to seek the optimal objective function (maximum earning in the network for all years). A numerical example is used to prove validity of the model, according to sensitivity analysis of some parameters and provide some suggestions for operation scheme of FBT.
