益马高速典型地层桩基自平衡试验研究

摘 要: 桩基自平衡检测试验方法是一种新颖的、有效的桩基承载力检测方法,具有加载灵活、不受场地限制、加荷量大、周期短、经济性好等特点。针对益马高速公路典型地层,采用自平衡法对大栗港高架桥摩擦桩桩基承载力进行测试,研究各级加载下桩端阻力发挥和侧摩阻力的分布规律,分析影响侧摩阻力发挥的主要因素。研究结果表明:泥皮过厚会降低桩侧土(岩)层侧摩阻力50%以上,是影响侧阻力发挥的主要因素。

Abstract:Pile self-balanced testing method is a novel and effective method for the detection of pile foundation with flexibility to load and unload, without space constraints, and with advantages of large load capacity, short cycle and good economic benefit. In the paper, based on YIMA freeway typical stratigraphic, the self-balanced testing method was used to study the friction pile bearing capacity of pile foundation of Da Ligang Bridge and the regularities of distribution of pile tip resistance and side friction resistance under load conditions at all levels. The results show that the thickness of mud closed to pile has certain effect on side friction resistance. When the thickness is enough, the side friction resistance can be reduced by 50 percent. Therefore, it is a major factor that influences the side friction resistance.
