摘 要: 针对城市轨道交通的迅速发展,提出完整的城市轨道交通线路层、路网层拥挤度指标体系,并给出计算方法。其中线路层拥挤度指标包括列车综合平均满载率和限流车站数量,线路层的拥挤指数由这两个指标线性加权得到,权重系数通过主客观结合的综合赋权法给出;路网层拥挤指数为各条线路拥挤指数的加权综合值,各条线路的权重与该线路的断面客流量有关。最后以北京市轨道交通系统某工作日(2014年底新线开通前)早高峰8:00-8:15的轨道交通断面满载率和限流车站信息数据为基础,进行算例分析,计算15 min粒度全网17条线路分方向的线路拥挤指数及路网拥挤指数,验证了线网拥挤度指标体系的有效性及可操作性。

Abstract:A complete index system of urban rail transit congestion degree of line and network layer was proposed in this paper, and the corresponding calculation method was also provided. Congestion degree index of line layer included the train integrated average load factor and the number of limiting flow stations. Congestion degree index of line layer was calculated from the linear weighting of these two indices. The weight coefficient was determined by a combination of subjective and objective Comprehensive Weight Methods. Congestion degree index of network layer was weighted by composite value of each line. The weight of each line was related to the section passenger flow volume of this line. Finally, a numerical example based on the Beijing urban rail traffic (By the end of 2014 before the opening of new line) section full load and the information of limiting flow station between 8:00-8:15 in the morning rush hour was provided. The congestion degree index of line and network layer of every 15 minutes in different directions within the whole network of 17 lines was calculated. The validity and operability of the congestion degree index system of line and network were verified.
