公路飞机跑道沥青道面综合评价方法研究

摘 要: 随着公路飞机跑道(以下简称公路跑道)建设的发展和沥青道面的广泛应用,在汽车、飞机等荷载长期作用下道面使用性能评价方法是一个重要的现实问题。为能够客观准确评价公路跑道沥青道面的使用性能,使其在保证汽车正常通行的情况下,又能满足飞机起飞、降落和滑行的要求,以层次分析法、灰色系统理论和模糊集合理论为基础,提出一种公路跑道沥青道面综合评价方法(以下称AGF法,以3种评价方法的首字母命名)。利用层次分析法构建评价指标体系,通过构造判断矩阵并进行一致性检验综合确定各评价指标的权重;采用灰色关联分析法计算各评价指标的灰色评估权值;基于模糊计算理论给出具体评价结果。为推广和便于使用,采用MATLAB语言编制AGF法运算软件。用AGF法对国内四条公路跑道进行评价,其结果与道面实际状况基本一致,表明该方法可以将沥青道面评价过程中灰色、模糊、难以定量的因素从定性转化为定量,能够最大程度的保证评价结果的科学性和准确性,是一种快速有效的方法,为战时启用公路跑道提供了参考依据。

Study on synthetic assessment method of highway airstrip asphalt pavement

Abstract:With the fast development of highway airstrip building and the widespread use of asphalt road surface, it is critical and practical to have a valid evaluation method for the road surface performance after a long period of usage with heavy load of vehicles and airplanes. To evaluate the asphalt road surface performance objectively and precisely, satisfying the normal traffic and the standards for airplane taking off, landing, and sliding, the essay puts forward a comprehensive asphalt road surface evaluation method, based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Grey interconnect and Fuzzy Evaluating. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy process was employed to build the evaluation index system, setting the weight of each index with structure judgment matrix and carrying out consistency check; then calculate the grey evaluated weight of each index with grey system theory; finally, the specific evaluation result can be concluded by the fuzzy set theory. For promotion and easy operation, AGF calculating software is ciphered in MATLAB language. After evaluating four roadways and runways in China, we found that the evaluation result basically agree to the actual roadway and runway conditions. Therefore, the method is approved effective in evaluating asphalt road surface, translating the uncertain factors in the evaluation into quantitative factors, guaranteeing the evaluation result scientific and precise in maximum, and a significant reference for using roadways as runways in war.
