基于强度控制法的重载铁路基床厚度设计研究

摘 要: 基于路基填料强度控制法设计原则,在充分考虑35 t轴重列车运行时产生的静、动荷载作用下,分析不同基床表层、底层填料及厚度组成的路基基床结构动力特性,优化路基基床结构厚度。研究结果表明:当基床表层填料为级配碎石时,基床表层厚度为0.7 m,底层厚度为2.1 m;当基床表层填料为A组填料时,A组填料资源缺少地区,基床表层厚度为0.6 m,底层厚度为2.4 m,A组填料资源丰富地区基床表层厚度为0.7 m,底层厚度为2.1 m。

Thickness design of heavy haul railway subgrade bed based on strength control method

Abstract:Full consideration of the static and dynamic load of 35 t axle load train generated at run time, the dynamic characteristics study of subgrade structure which composed of different surface and bottom layer of subgrade filler and thickness was used to optimize the thickness of subgrade bed structure, based on strength control method of subgrade filling. It is verified that when the bedding surface layer filling gravel gradation, thickness of top layer of subgrade bed is 0.7 m, bottom layer thickness is 2.1 m. When the surface layer of subgrade filler is A filling, the surface and bottom layer of subgrade bed thickness are 0.6 m and 2.4 m in scarce region; In abundant areas, they are 0.7 m and 2.1 m respectively.
