盆式橡胶支座与垫石组合的接触有限元分析

摘 要: 以高速铁路桥梁支座和垫石为工程背景,详细介绍盆式橡胶支座的构造与垫石的布筋,运用ANSYS程序对支座下钢盆与钢筋混凝土垫石间的受力性能进行非线性有限元数值分析,对结构数值模拟中单元的选取、材料的定义,有限元建模过程及支座与垫石之间接触摩擦等关键技术进行系统分析。研究在载荷作用下支座垫石组合各个构件的受力性能,并以单支座垫石为例,探讨不同支座底板厚度、不同垫石高度对两者组合结构的应力状态和变形的影响。研究结果表明:有限元分析能很好地模拟支座垫石组合的实际受力性能;主要设计参数的变化会对支座-垫石组合的受力产生相应影响。研究成果能为桥梁工程应用提供参考。

Finite element contact analysis of the pot rubber bearing and pad stone combination

Abstract:In this paper, based on the engineering background of high speed railway bridge bearings and pad stone, the structure of pot rubber bearing and reinforcement of pad stone was introduced in details, nonlinear finite element analysis of mechanical properties of bearing steel basin and reinforced concrete pad stone by using ANSYS program, analysing about the key technologies that unit selection, material definition, the establishment of models, and the contact friction between bearing and pad stone in the numerical simulation of structural process. Research on the mechanical behavior of the bearing pad stone combination varies in the loads, and based on the single bearing pad stone as an example, discusses the different plate thickness, different bearing pad stone height on the influence of the stress state and deformation of the composite structure. The results show that the finite element analysis could well simulate the mechanical performance of bearing pad stone combination; The change of the main design parameters have a corresponding impact on the stress of the bearing pad stone combination. Thesis research results can provide reference for bridge engineering applications.
