成都砂卵石地层双线隧道Peck公式参数取值研究

摘 要: 基于成都地铁开挖引起地表沉降的大量实测数据,结合成都市砂卵石地层性质,在正常盾构工况下,运用Peck公式对各典型断面实测数据进行位移反分析,得出沉降槽宽度系数i和地层损失率η。深入分析公式中沉降槽宽度i,地层损失率η与隧道埋深及地层物理力学性质相关性,并得出适应于该地层下的Peck公式参数与隧道埋深及地层性质的关系公式和Peck公式参数取值范围。运用沉降叠加原理,建立正常工况下,砂卵石地层双线平行盾构开挖地表沉降预测公式,并与成都其它砂卵石区域盾构开挖地表沉降实测数据进行比较,通过实例验证其适用性。研究结果可为今后成都市及其它地区相似地层下地铁建设提供参考和依据。

Parameters selection research of Peck formula for twin tunnels in sandy-pebble stratum

Abstract:Based on the monitoring data of earth subsidence caused by metro excavation with combining stratum character of sand-pebble in Chengdu, we do displacement reverse analysis to the measured data of typical transverse section by using Peck formula under normal working condition of Earth pressure balance shield (EPB shield) tunneling, to get width coefficient (i) and earth loss ratio. By deeply analyzing the physical mechanics character relationship among width coefficient (i), earth loss ratio, tunnel depth and section, we can get the formula about the Peck parameter with stratum character and range of the Peck parameter. Firstly, by using superposition technique, we establish prediction formula of surface subsidence which suits for parallel twin tunnels excavation in sand-pebble stratum under normal working condition. Then, we compare the prediction formula with measured surface subsidence data of shield excavation of other routes in Chengdu, which can verify applicability of the prediction formula. The research results can provide reference and data for large-scale metro construction under the similar stratum in Chengdu and other districts in the future.
