机车制动系统流量计数值仿真与试验分析

摘 要: 将STAR-CD与Solidworks软件相结合,根据可压缩黏性流体的N-S方程和k-ε两方程湍流模型,采用有限容积法对机车制动系统流量计内流场进行数值模拟和试验分析。模拟结果与试验结果对比,“V”锥前后差压值及流量值基本吻合,误差在10%以内,表明所设计“V”型内锥式流量计是合理的,所建立的仿真模型是正确的,能够准确测量并显示制动系统充风流量,能够准确判断折角塞门开闭状态及闭合具体位置,从而达到保证列车主管畅通,安全行车的目的。另外,该设计还可用于其他流量测量场合。

Numerical simulation and experimental analysis of flow meter of the locomotive brake system

Abstract:In this paper, we combine the STAR-CD and SolidWorks software, according to the compressible viscous fluid N-S equation and k-ε two equation turbulence model, using the finite volume method to simulate and test the flow field of locomotive braking system flow meter. Comparison of simulation results with experimental results, The differential pressure value and flow value of the “V” cone are basically consistent, and the error is less than 10%. It is proved that the design of the “V” type inner cone flow meter is reasonable. The established simulation model is correct. The system can accurately measure and display the locomotive brake system flow rate, which can accurately determine the couping cock closing state and closed position, so as to achieve the purpose of ensuring the smooth, safe driving of the train. In addition, the design can also be used for other flow measurement occasions.
